Aquatraders Promblems?

I have tried purchasing this light on aquatraders three times now and everytime the website tells me my address does not match my card. Has anyone had this promblem before and know what to do. I have checked all my banks information and called aquatrader but they can't answer my questions and don't help. I was hoping someone knew what the secret is to this promblem.

Short of calling them or trying a different card you could try setting up a paypal account and try that, you can't just place the order over the phone?

I'm impatient. If I have to struggle to get a business (or their web site) to accept my payment I move along to a different vendor.
