Possible Bad Whelk

Hi All,

I just got a shipment of snails and crabs today but I think I may have a bad hitchhiker... Can anyone tell me if this is a whelk and if it is bad or not?

It is in a container, isolated from the rest of the tank until I get a confirmation on good/bad...

You may want to try posting this in the invert forum. I had a whelk id that they helped me with in there. You may need to get a clearer picture though. If you can sift through and find my thread they gave me a link that had a bunch of whelk pictures.

In the meantime, I would leave it in your container.

Just checked my favorites. I had added it when they gave me the id of engina concinna for my whelk
