Placed an order 1 week ago

I never heard anything back about my order I placed. States it is still pending. Tried calling, and emailing. Nobody returns messages and can't get a real human on the phone, always get "leave a message".

Very disappointed!

Still no answer, no return calls, nothing. Did Chip lose the company? Is he still in business? Sick? Just seems odd that there is zero reply by phone, email, board threads, etc...

Not sick and still in business! Every year we take all the people that work with us on a vacation to use our time shares up provided they take care of the transportation.We got an awesome deal on the round trips to Costa Rica.This just happened to be the week. We utilize a couple of part time people for the week just to get simple orders out but if I remember correctly we got a hold of you and advised we could not get your order taken care of until we returned and ended up canceling the order. Sorry for the problem. let me know if you need anything in the future and I will take care of it for you.Take Care! All is well.

I order two ro di`s from another of reef centrals sponsors, with no problem. I will never use that co. a gain.:fun2:
