you might want to try posting in the non-reef safe and aggressive fish forum here. Also, I'd use good ole' trusty sites like google, wetwebmedia, and fishbase.org to get some more information on them. Very pretty fish, IMO.

I have kept them in a reef. They are like all other angels- risky, but possible.

Between the regal and the scribble Angels Is one more than the other riskyer? in a reef tank.

I would say the scribble is riskier, but also a little easier to acclimate
