Provided your ammonia is 0 and nitrite is almost 0 you can get some snails to eat it up for you. It will pass w/time also.

Siphon it off and try to figure out where the extra nutrients are coming from. Ex, overfeeding, not using R/O water, neglecting water changes or w/e.

Siphon it. I can't get that chit to exit my tank and it's 5 months old. Rodi water always too. Brand new t5s weak bioload.

I finally gave up and siphoning it off with each water change. It's slowly going away. I also do a 25% water change weekly on my tank too.
