What´s a good fertilizer for DIY plankton harvesting?, something cheap that I can find everywhere.

hmmmm check MOFIB.org. I beleive its called F2...but i cant remember where you can find it. It will take some looking, and i dont have the time.

F/2 - Florida Aqua Farms is a good source https://3kserver7.com/~frank/secure/agora.cgi

I could swear I got a little bottle of liquid F/2 at seahorsesource.com, but you might have to call them to find it.

Also, a lot of people have good luck with Nannochloropsis using a miracle grow plant fertilizer - i think melev's site has more on that http://melevsreef.com/

I live in Mexico and I would have to order the F/2 liquid to the USA. That would be expensive, but I have a full bottle of seachem nitrogen, its used for planted tanks fertilizer. Can I use it?

hmmm....I would email one of the above sources and ask them for a suitable replacement or some other ideas. I know the sea horse link has very helpful people working there.
