Mystery wrasses are pretty sweet. I also enjoy my leopard wrasse and Flame Hawk. The Flame Hawk is a goofy little guy, fun to watch.

I have a regular naso but if I had a do over I would go with the blonde. My naso is great though. While other fish hide when working in the tank/water changes, he just keeps swimming around like its no big deal.

i almost got a beautiful naso about a year ago but it never started eating, it was mine and on hold at the lfs until it started eating but it failed to ever even take a nibble of food.

the fish in my tank are all bold when it comes to being out in the open as they dont give a flip if i got my hand in the tank or not i guess iam lucky that i dont have anybody who feels the need to be scared of the hand that feeds them

Get a couple of tangs. I have three purple, yellow, sailfin, cheveron, and a bule hippo. They all do great together.

yellow tangs are out.. they are my nemmis fish.. if i look at a yellow tang it will kill over dead on the spot.. it dosent matter what setup/tankmates/lack of tank mates ect i use i will kill a yellow tang.. i have put a yellow tang in a 210g fowlr 3 year old system after removing the other fish and the tang yellow tang still killed over with in days but i can put a powder blue in the same tank and it has thrived..explain that one.. yellow fish in general kill over in my tank with in days nomatter which tank i put them in..display(175g,210g 200g 30g 29g ect) or qt it dont matter

How 'bout a sohal or clown tang. Either would hold their own against aggressive tankmates.

I vote blonde naso if you want a piece loving tang. He may lose his streamers though with the Clown trigger. My second choice would be a Sohol. Both a very striking. The Sohol may hold his own against the triggers too.

Either way, congrats and post some pics!

^^ pics will be determined by the choices of fish avaliable that would work in my tank vs price/quality ect of the avaliable fish..if nothing thanksgiving weekend then we will see whats avaliable for my christmas trip (mom lives in the town of the nice lfs)

i would get an emporer angel. one of my favorite fish and i would absolutly have one in a heartbeat if i had a FOWLR tank. I may dabble with putting one in my reef as it is.

that is big clown trigger. Did you say 7-8". I would make sure that whatever you put in there is rather large.

yes 7-8 inch including the tail.. sofar he is a model citizen but iam under no illussion that he will always be a model citizen.. .. i contribute that to the trigger being well feed, never feeding live foods and having a sailfin tang who is the old man on top of the hill in the tank
