In general what food would you recommend to fatten up skinny fish. Specifically since tangs are a flat fish which food(s) are good to add weight to them?

+1 for nori sheets. I add them twice a day for my tangs. They also seem to like mysis & brine when I feed it to the other fish.

OK, since i feed everything that has been mentioned let me ask a different question. I have 3 tangs in my 180. Two have been in there for 2 years, the third is new and was added about 6 weeks ago. They are no angels but get along relatively well. The problem is that the 2 long time residents get all the food and the newcomer gets very little. They are aggressive and drive him off but don't actually harm or physically damage him. Even if I pour loads of food in he doesn't get his fair share. The result is that he is thin and needs to fatten up. What would you do? BTW he is a good eater if left alone.
