I thought I had this all set, but I came home the other day to find that immediately after my Kalk turned off, my ATO kicked on. Can someone please help me so that my ATO won't turn on for 30 minutes after my Kalk is done stirring so that the Kalk can settle a bit.

Thanks!
Ryan

TopOff:
If Outlet KALK = OFF Then ON
Min Time 030:00 Then OFF
If pH > 08.40 Then OFF

Kalk:
OSC 000:00/005:00/240:00 Then ON

I use this as my program, hope it helps;

Topoff:

Fallback OFF
Set ON
If Outlet Kalk = ON Then OFF
Min Time 030:00 Then OFF

Kalk:

Fallback OFF
OSC 235:00/005:00/000:00 Then ON

I use this with the I/O and since pH usually raises during the day I don't want to add Kalk during daylight hours.

If Time > 00:00 Then KLK OFF
If Time > 00:00 Then H2O OFF
If Time > 08:00 Then DAY ON
If Time > 18:00 Then DAY OF

If Switch1 CLOSED Then H2O ON
If Switch1 OPEN Then H2O OFF
If pH < 08.30 Then H2O OFF
Max Change 005 M Then H2O OFF
If Timer DAY = ON Then H2O OFF
If Switch1 CLOSED Then KLK ON
If Switch1 OPEN Then KLK OFF
If pH > 08.29 Then KLK OFF
Max Change 005 M Then KLK OFF
If Timer DAY = ON Then KLK OFF

BillyBee, I have the same script but without that DAY timer that you've added. I find it a bit odd though since it looks like your H20 will not turn ON from 08:00 to 18:00 if the pH is < 8.3. Doesn't your water level go really down during the day? Also, I would expect a sharp pH spike at around 18:00 every time on your daily graphs, unless your pH is stable at about 8.29, correct? Can you post a screen capture of your weekly pH graph?

Thanks.

Bruder,

In your code:

TopOff:
If Outlet KALK = OFF Then ON
Min Time 030:00 Then OFF
If pH > 08.40 Then OFF

the Min Time statement will keep the TopOff outlet off for a minimum of 30 minutes. The Defer statement will do what you're after:

TopOff:
If Outlet KALK = OFF Then ON
Defer 030:00 Then ON
If pH > 08.40 Then OFF

That will cause the TopOff outlet to wait 30 minutes before turning on after being triggered.

Make sure you have the latest firmware installed (the beta) though as the Defer was only recently added and even more recently modified to permit deferring at 30 minutes.

Good question. Ummmm, looking at the graphs you are right. I am going to try it without the DAY timer. I'll let you know. Could happen anyways with photosynthesis but adding H2O during the day would help keep the pH down.
