My percs hosted my gigas for years, spawned on it's shell many times. I lost the clam a month or so ago, some folks in the clam forum blamed me for letting the clowns kill the clam but as it looks like in your pics, they got along just fine, good luck!

They have been doing it for years since the clam was smaller

I have three occy clowns that host the clam and that duncan behind it two of them spawn regularly. I also have two skunk clowns which spawn also that host a frogspawn on the other end of the tank, They fight in the middle

How big is the tank Mike?
They wouldn't listen to my claims that the clowns didn't keep the clam from opening up it's mantle all the way, which led to slow death for the clam. It grew out 10" or more while they were killing it over 8 years. Being a gigas it could open so wide and they'd stay around it, at night is when they really hosted, sleeping in the clams closed mantle.
Thanks for sharing and I'm really curious about the size of your tank.

Nice tank Mike. You're breaking the laws of clownfish by keeping 2 pairs in the same tank, lol, but they could be tank raised and not as aggressive. Your tank looks peaceful to me.
Dudley I knew I wasn't the only one to have this clown/clam thing happen.
