Is there a doser that can handle all three and not clog up? It would half to have a computer to program each individual supplement. The only one I can find is Aquamedic, are the any others?

You listed 4. Calcium, Magnesium, and Alkalinity are all taken care of with the 2-part dosing system. Kalkwasser is a balanced alk and calcium additive, usually added with top off water. It is limited to 2 tsp per gallon of RO water. You'd do fine with just the 2 part dosing.

You could also use Litermeter III.

Thanks, are you saying that part 1 & 2 are the same as Kalk? Which is better, to dose 1&2 or Kalkwasser?

Both work great, Kalk is limited because you can only saturate 2 tsp in a gallon.

There are 2 different two part recipes. One gives you a higher pH, the other has little effect on pH.Both of these systems include magnesium as a third part.

Thanks for the links! I'm currently reading them, very cool stuff. From what I gather so far, it's ok to dose all 4 isn't it?

I dont think however, that I should dose Kalk with my makeup water, since I have an open tank and a higher rate of evaporation.

With that, would it be ok to dose with a peristaltic pump?

Yes, you can dose all 4- Kalk has some added benefits as well.

You can still use Kalk in your top off, you don't have to use the full saturated amount of 2 tsp per gallon, you could do much less. There is a sticky in the chemistry forum with a link to dozens of articles.
