I have an OST that I have had for 2 years. Very healthy approximately 6 inches long. I figured I would have seen a color change by now. Any thoughts?

A guy told me ( he owns Orange Shoulders ) that if their not collected in Hawaii then they won't change. Or could be the other way around since it was so long ago. Sorry for the little help :(

What other fish in the tank with the orange shoulder?? That also plays a role color change.. If there's need to establish dominance fish sometimes take longer to change..
