I have a 120 and I am moving the sump to the basement. Height would be about 20'. With a total distance of 40', as the tank is in the addition on the house. Looking for something with good flow and low cost. If there is such a thing.TIA

Use this and you will be able to compare flow rates for your desired setup with different pumps.

I would look into a baldor motored pump (they tend to be the most efficient) like reeflo sequence or something similar. Since you can expect about 30' of head loss (this is my estimate based on the elevation, the strait run of 2" piping, and a 'fudge factor' of about 5' for fittings and unknowns), you will need a pretty large pump and will likely spend around $500 or a little more on one. I spent a few minutes looking, for bucks, the iwaki mx-401 will do you, for a little less reeflo manta ray or sequence 7400 should all do great.
edit: btw I did this with the assumption that the pump would flow 2000ish gph (on second thought may be a little much although you will need a pump that can handle the head)
