I had a great experience with Tunze and Roger and I just wanted to let everyone know about it.
I bought a skimmer from Roger two years ago and due to unforseen circumstances was unable to start my tank until the beginning of this year. I started having problems with my skimmer's pump a few weeks ago and emailed Roger about it. He responded within 24 hours, I shipped the pump to him, and he had it on its way back to me a day later and charged me LESS than he'd originally estimated. It's skimming happily away now and I couldn't be more pleased with the support I got from Roger.
