What's the best way to increase pH? currently at 7.7 and would like to increase the safest way possible

There are many articles covering this topic. Just do a search and alot of reading. Check your Magnesium as well. Usually if the Magnesium is low the PH is low as well.

I have used Tropic Marin Bio-Magnesium with good sucess and also Brightwell Magnesium. If using the liquid, you can safely double the amount without hurting anything.

As stated before, frequent water changes help very little. I also know that the Limewater or kalkwasser on a drip system is very safe and effective.

The best ways to raise pH are to use limewater, or to provide more aeration with fresh air.
