Filter chambers

I wanted to see what everyone is running in their chambers for your AIO tanks. I have been using two of the JBJ spunges with chemi pure and LR rubble in chamber one. In chamber two I have LR rubble and cheato, the third I have return pump and heater. I am looking to do something different in the first chamber, does anyone run GFO in a bag and I would like to use a good filter pad instead of the sponges. Looking for suggestions.
