My Green Frogspwans have been in this tank for years. Every once in a while I'll lose a "head",no big deal. This past month I had lost 7-10 heads in 2 weeks. I was cutting the bad places out and disguarding the decaying portion, returning the good to the display tank.
After 2 weeks of this and being frustrated I decided not to do this to a Multiple headed piece. Yesterday I noticed a Gelatinous mass starting to protrude from the "bleached out areas, What is up! I have picks and can post if it will be any help!!

HMMM? I have a Parancora Hammer with 120+ heads on it that did the same but....The heads seem to just release from the skeleton? The entire mass will look healthy as if it can settle some were else no Brown Jelly or rancid smell to the coral just poof! Tissue is gone! I diped the Hammer in Revive for a 20 min bath. It has appeared to fix the issue. 5 months now and no issues. I hope this may help a little. Also think back if you bought any new LPS and added them to your system? It may be possiple somthing parasidic made its way in to your tank off a newly added coral? Another area to look is water flow! If the flow is too strong it may also do damage by ripping the tissue off the coral. Not enough flow may also cause them to hyper inflate and release the tissue aswell. I am assuming all is good with the water quality? Again I hope this helps a bit I by no means am a expert, but I can share the last 15 years of my sucsess and failure with keeping Euphyllia corals. Good luck, I hope it turns out well!
