View Full Version : Is it ok to run GFO from the get go?

I am setting up a 75 gallon tank with all dry rock. I have a carbon and GFO dual reactor from BRS. Is it alright if I add the carbon and GFO from the start with nothing but dead rock and sand?

yeah is fine, a buddy of mine did it to his nano with no ill affects.
