Go ahead and buy it. You won't regret it at all. I have been running one for about a year and a half. One of the best purchases for my tank. Very easy to set, no stupid random bubble count changes...

You can also buy it manufacturer direct for the same price.

I've used several regulators, and the AP one is by far the best yet. Very precise control over both the count and size of the bubbles. I set mine up a month and a half ago, and it has kept the setting perfectly.

Buy it. I went through 2 or 3 conventional regs. and the solenoids would freeze. The electronic runs like a champ and the service from these guys is A-1.

the regulator is in the house!!!!! i have my first questions..

what pressure do you use for the bubble size?

the regulator can not be vertical because the tanks dont let it, it is inclined... could this be any problem?

regards!

Well, only because of if this is util for somebody. i adjusted the pressure at 3,because at this set every pulse of the regulator is a inmediatly bubble in the bubble counter of the reactor, and both are exactly synchronises.

I just have the doubt about the inclination of the regulator.

I wouldn't think a slight to moderate incline would affect it. But you may want to shoot AP.com an email just to double check- they usually respond within a couple hours.
