Ok My Tunze 6025 stopped working the other day. I took it out and when i opened it up the Shaft is broken? Can it be fixed? the Impeller is also broken it looks like. The magnet is split apart and the end of it is broken off the magnet. Can anyone help me out so i can get my pump up and running again.

You will need to send it in for repair

Yes, that is an older pump with the stainless steel shaft and older drive unit. Assuming you are in the USA, send it in and we will replace it, if you are in another country, let me know and I will get you the address of the nearest repair center-

Tunze USA
305 Victor St
Austin TX 78753

Yes i'm in the USA. So do i need to put a note or anything in the box? Just send it to that address? I do have another tunze 6025 too that i bought the same time but it's still working good. Should i send that in too or just don't worry about that one for now?

It is up to you, if the second one has any apparent issues I will solve them. No RMA needed, just send it in. Make sure that a note is in the box with a return address and phone number.

Thank you, you will see the new pumps have quite a few small differences and are far more durable than the original ones.
