I'm just curious... over my previous tank, a few years back, I wired Icecaps with a couple of big VHOs and two Iwasaki halides. I had very good results with SPS growth. I'm setting up a new tank and trying to decide if I should go with the same light configuration and wire it all up myself again, or look into one of these 'all contained' fixtures like a Coralife Aqualight that has the T5s and smaller halide bulbs built in. How do these lights compare on a 90 gallon reef with SPS compared to the light output from the 1 1/2 inch VHOs and big halides? TIA
