I have an ACII (been running great for the past 5 years) and I am about to upgrade my home computer which is going to be running Windows 7.

Will my ACII software run on Windows 7?
I also purchased the Aquanotes program 5 years ago, will this run on Windows 7?
And last question, my current computer has a serial port which allows me to connect my ACII directly to the computer (with an 8pin to Serial connector), the new one only has USB ports. Is there a simple way to go from the 8pin connection on my ACII to a USB?

Thanks in advance!

I checked the lite version on my windows 7 box and had no problems. I thought AcJR's were 9 pin if so this should fix serial problem http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16812101118&cm_re=usb_to_serial-_-12-101-118-_-Product If Im wrong here's 8 pin http://www.buy.com/prod/keyspan-usb-twin-serial-adapter-2-x-8-pin-mini-din-rs-422-serial-usb/q/loc/101/203202279.html

Thanks, I did see last night that it was a 9 pin serial. So it should work attached to the USB. Worst case I get rid of the Aquanotes I have and download the Lite version. The main feature I like with Aquanotes anyway is being able to program the ACII.
