Do I need a clean up crew?

I have a 450 Gallon tank and I am noticing tons of junk when i put the blowers on the rocks blowing off it and from behind.

I only have about 10 snails, 10 hermet crabs 3 clams and 2 star fish.

This is for a reef tank. What is suggested based on my tank size that i add to it to keep it clean?

Pretty much as many snails, hermits, etc that you want to throw in there. You could do a couple large orders from somewhere like reefcleaners.org or just buy a couple at a time from your LFS. Either way I would just start tossing different types of snails and stuff all the time, it can't hurt unless you don't have enough waste to feed them. One particular snail I have found to be extremely useful is the turbo snail. They are quite large but they do a great job at cleaning algae.
