Do you guys disturb, stir up, or otherwise your sandbeds during waterchanges?

Yes, but my sand bed is only .5- 1" deep.
If you have a deep sand bed, don't stir it up.

depends, If you have a deep sand bed then the answer is no you shouldn't if the sand isn't deep then you can. I don't have a deep sand bed but I don't siphon the sand either. I have a diamond goby that keeps the sand clean. So no need to stir up the sand.

I do and I have a semi deep sand bed. Mine is 2 to 4 inches deep. On the other hand I have done this since day one. If you have a DSB thats been in place for a long time I wouldnt stir it or vacum it.

I have a DSB, so I do not disturb it. I do vacuum close to (but not touching) the sand to suck up the very top layer of detritus.
