That's awesome! The sad part is, if you look at the EXIF data, you can see that I actually took that picture with my PnS Sony camera... why wouldn't they give me credit for that? ;)

Most those large images that have been stitched together are actually done with PnS's. The reason being (at least from talking to a guy at work who is big into that kind of photography) is that most gigapan robots can not move the heavy DSLR bodies & lenses.
