chiller maintance

Can anyone tell me is there anything we need to do after awhile to maintain your chiller. I had mine for a few years and its making louder and louder noises. Sounds like it needs to be grease or parts are wearing.

May be that the fan needs to be greased.

Most call to be run in reverse for 30 mintues or so with a 3-1 ratio of vinegar to water.
