Need help with ID please!

Hello all and Merry X-Mas. I was hoping to get a ID on this small Urchin looking guy. This guy is smaller than a Dime and the spines are more rounded and blunt rather than sharp and pointy, curious to find out what it is and if they are harmful? Thx

Hard to tell from pic but if I had to guess I would go with Pencil Urchen

Definatly a pencil urchin. Looks cool. For the most part they are reef safe.
