I have a 90 gallon tank with I think either a 20 gallon or 30 gallon sump hooked up to an Iwaki return pump. I have flexible pvc coming out of the sump to the inlet on the pump connected with a union. From the outlet to the tank I have a union as well with 2 flexible pvc lines branched out to 4 returns in the tank. I want to do it all over with some type of screw on cap inside the sump, rigid pvc to the pump with a union, and rigid pvc from the pump with a union, branched out to 4 returns in the tank. Any pics or ideas would be awesome for me to get an idea of the layout.
