Attached is an image of a Neogonodactylus wennerae collection near Tampa, Florida. Note the white meral spots on the inside of the raptorial appenages, the pink dactyl heels, and the color of the antennules. These are all characteristic of the species.

Doc Roy, have you ever thought about publishing an online ID site, book or does one exist? How many are documented, 500 or so? I'd love to learn about all of them. :)

The Lurker's Guide is probably the best site going for a lot of identified photos.

I have photographs of perhaps 75 species and I have seen perhaps twice that many live. There are probably 4 times that many species of stomatpods, This is a small, but very diverse group with over 20 families and 120 genera.

No plans for a book any time soon. Too many stomatopods - too little time.
