The Apex recognizes the PM1, Both Ph and Ph2 enabled but Ph2 fails to read above 250 during calibration. I also can't get the second ph probe to show up on the display, it is not shown on display setup screen......what am I missing.:hammer::hammer:

PH2 is the second PH probe on the base unit; for the PM1 you want to use 'pHx6' (or something simular; check your status screen); it will be PHx<address>

Ok....disabled ph2 for base unit, I only enabled it since I wasn't getting anywhere. With PM1 connected it is recognized and shown if I go into module setup screen.(PM1_5) but it does not show up anywhere else. No mention in status screen and the display setup screen mirrors that with only the Temp Ph Orp and Amps values for the base unit showing.(all pages) Wondering if I have the most current software revisions.

Starting with the easy issue 1st; what firmware version are you running?

That explains it...

4.00 firmware version does not support the PM1; you need to update to the latest 4.01 in order to have PM1 supported.
