Hello,

Just wondering if anyone has recommendations on sea stars/fish.

55g, 40lbs LR, 2' sand bed, 2 clowns, 1 firefish, 1 diamond goby, 1 coral beauty, cleaner shrimp, 12+ snails (nerite, cerinth, marg)

Thanks

the easiest reef safe stars are the brittle/serpent stars (avoid the green brittle star) and a good addition to the clean up crew.
the coolest looking reef safe stars are the linckia and fromia stars, but they're survival all depends on how they were acclimated through the chain of custody. avoid any star with white, open tips. and preferrably it will be in the dealers tank for a couple of weeks before purchase to ensure it's healthy.

I do have corals: mushrooms, polyps, toadstool leather and xenia.

Thanks for the replies so far. Blue linkias look great but I've heard they don't last long. How about target feeding the linkia; are they omnivores?
