I have several Monti's in my tank. Recently, one of the smaller colonies, started bleaching. Now, two more colonies, a tan purple rim, and a small green, are starting to bleach.

My paramaters are: Alk 9.3, Calc 400, PH 8.0, Phos. 0, Nitrate 0, Nitrite 0. SG 1.026. I'm running a 6-bulb Tek light with 6-month old bulbs. I haven't changed anything, other than adding some frags, and all my other corals appear fine. Any suggestions? I'd really hate to lose them.

Nudi's? Do you do any preventative work on new corals (I ask because you mention new frags recently)?

check for pests, maybe a strontium or alk issue, good luck

I'm going to go with some sort of pest as well, considering the biggest change has been the addition of new frags.

I'm worried about it being pests. While I QT new fish I have not been doing so with coral. Is there anything I can do to combat parasites if they have already been introduced?

U f*d up. Classic nudi (AKA cooties) infestation. Take evasive.
