Hello,
I have been calling and emailing trying to get some response on the status of an order. I was put on hold when I called and nobody came to answer after 15 min so I had to hang up. I have been sending emails to info@customaquatic.com but haven't had any kind of response.
My order # is WS31268. I am asking about the freight item I have not heard any information about when it is going to be delivered.

You selected company will call for the shipping option, which is for local pick up option from our warehouse in San Diego. Your order is ready for pick up anytime during our will call hours of Monday-Friday 830-430pm pst.

There is clearly a mistake here. I am in Iowa and did not select company will call. You charged me a substantial amount for shipping. I would rather not go into this here but this is the only forum where I am getting a response.

I just reviewed my email receipt. I need to correct that my order number is WS 31288,
sorry if that caused the confusion.

The method for shipping the tank is FREIGHT Ground with my address in Iowa as destination.

Just to review what is going on, I placed an order with Custom Aquatic December 11 for an aquarium and some other items. The email confirmation I received made it clear that the other items were shipped separately, and the aquarium was coming by freight to my address. My credit card was charged for the entire amount including a shipping charge for the tank.

The other items arrived by UPS a few days later. After this, on December 21, I called Custom Aquatic. The person who answered said I would have to talk to the owner and to wait on hold. After about 15 minutes and nobody picked up the phone or got back with me I had to hang up. I sent an email to info@customacquatic.com asking what the
status of the tank order was. I never received any response to this.

I sent an email again this week and have tried on this forum also to get status on my order. I'm really struggling to understand what is going on and I am getting concerned.

Isn't it reasonable for me to enquire about the status of this order that I've already been charged for?

Even if you don't have all the information or the story is not good, shouldn't I at least get some kind of response at least acknowledging my query?

Your preaching to the choir! I attempted to get 2 quotes from them on tanks with no response. I ended up going with another company and I am very pleased with the second choice I went with. They get a thumbs down in my book.
