Problem plant on live rock

I have noticed in the last few weeks a plant that has become rampant on my live rock. I purchased the live rock from a reputable supplier and it was already cured.I have had my Red sea max set up for almost 12 months.
The plant has strands covered in little bubbles it is green in colour. Does anyone know what it could be
