I have some palys that are out of control. They are taking over my 55 gallon and have done this at a pretty alarming pace and are slowing invading the space of some peaceful softies and sps corals. Is there anything I can do to impede their conquest. I wish I could remove them entirely but I dont think thats possible at this point without replacing about 6 large rocks.

You should use ALOT of caution when handling and/or fragging all members of Zoanthus and Palythoids as they contain the highly potent neurotoxin known as palytoxin

Not all zoa's or paly's contain the toxin.
