I have a pair of these that I purchased about 3 years ago. They were just supposed to be starter fish for a new setup but I decided to keep them. Turns out they are a breeding pair and lay eggs often. I have searched the web for over an hour and have not found out what they are called. I have a decent pciture of one of them. Anyone know what these curious damsels are properly named? Thanks for your help.

When I ran a LFS, they used to come from the Philippines as scissortail chromis

My LFS recently had several and they told me they were some type of chromis, but didn't know the species.

It is Neopomacentrus cyanomos, will turn into an aggressive little bugger pretty soon
