I just hooked up my new bulk reef supply ph probe to my reef keeper light. The probe is in a storage solution. It is reading 4.3 now. Do I need to calibrate it at all or just take it out of the storage solution and throw her in the sump? It came with absolutely no instructions whatsoever

You need to calibrate using two solutions, a pH 7 and a pH 10 solution.

Where can i get these solutions? I can't find any at the BRS site. Sorry for the questions. Wish it had some instructions.

Here is BRS 10.0

The 7.0 is on the previous page.

But I use these from MD

Probes won't have instructions, the controller your using it with will. It wouldn't make much sense for brs to include instructions for every controller and revision of them out there. Just treat it exactly the same as the probe that came with your rkl.

You definitely need to recalibrate. As mentioned, it is the meter that gets "calibrated", not the probe, but swapping probes always requires recalibration. :)
