hello im not shure if this topic should go here move me if it isn't.
ok then heres my idea i personaly think that Reef Central should invest in a decent chat client. it would be great if people needed quick help with some thing like a fish acting weird or a coral looking funny or to simply hang out and talk about reefing :spin3: thc

You can download your own irc client(xchat for example) and still use the reefcentral chatroom. I am active there.

Like who? Mostly just a few of us who idle there and answer when the occasional person wonders in and asks a question. Don't join/leave instantly. It usually takes some time for people to realize anyone is talking.

Well, like Julian Sprung, Charles Delbeek, Eric Borneman, John Tullock and other writers. Could also include forum sponsors giving presentations of their product or product updates, etc.

I was beginning to think I was the only one that read them and enjoyed them.

Nope, none of that. Eric borneman refuses to visit any forum other than marine depot from what I understand.

I purchased the first volume ten years ago and need to get the next two. They are on my wish list. I also remember doing an online chat with one author in 1994. It was a great experience. Too bad that it's not done anymore.
