Is this some sort of Red Bubble Algae?

I have about 10-15 small red bubbles. They almost look like red glass rasberries --pretty cool actually. Will these become a problem? They are soft and fixed to the rock surface. I suspect they are filled with spores. Do I need an emerald crab?
