Grrrr... Mine still doesn't have any eyes. It's a mystery as to what color they will be.

David Jr: give it some time they will form, try putting some food on it anyway just to let it know it needs eyes soon so it can model for us!

PokerReefer: nice Goldeneye!

Has anybody seen the Rasta extend some feeder tentacles? I have had it for around 3 months and it has formed 3 new eyes but still no feeders. Its such a pain to feed cuz its doesn't grab anything ever

That's my tyree red watermelon. With rod's food, the tenticals on this are aout 2-3 inches at night it looks pretty unreal at night.

Hens4Fish: It is really settling in for sure! Its about to pop three more new eyes soon so i'll update. Got any good pics of your BGM or Berry Garcia eating?

none of my challice exten there feeders?

reefgems
02/07/2010, 03:19 PM
CHSreefer: Thanks!

jason12345: Do you try to feed? If your chalices have not eaten in a while they might not extend feeders... turn off your pumps and put some food on them for an hour every other night. Chalices eat slow. My Rasta is my only chalice now that doesn't extend feeders, but it still feeds.

Any and all feeding pics are ok, here are some shots of my crazy highlighter yellow acan

My question is, is it OK to broad cast feed a chalice or target feed. I think it would be almost impossible to target feed oyster-feast IMO.

SDguy

Either method works, IMO.
