Does anyone worry about there bulkheads coming loose and water leaking. Is there anything that people do to make sure they never come loose.

never worried about it and have had the tanks running for 2yrs. and counting. if worried use some silicone. and why would they come loose unless your screwing around with it.

Your bulkheads should not be in a place where they are getting bumped so much that you have to worry about them coming loose. The rubber gasket should provide a water tight seal that won't come loose unless loosened by you.

Bulkheads can be a bit tricky. You want to tighten them, but if you tighten to much the rubber gasket gets squeezed and they will leak. You have to find that happy spot where everything is nice and water tight.
