AC3 and Vortech Module

Suppose this is just a straight forward question for the programmers of Neptune Systems. Is there any intention or possibility of making the Vortech Module available for the AC3 users, or is this simply an Apex based addition to promote the new programmer?

I'm debating between the Apex and the Apex Lite and was wondering if this was going to be an add on module like the aquasurf or if it would connect to the variable speed ports on the Apex(those ports aren't on the Lite)?
