I want to build an SPS AND zoa dominant tank, (120ish) I want to be able to keep the flow and lighting high enough for good SPS color and growth while keeping it low enough not to blow the zoas into my overflow...What are some types of SPS that have good color without too much flow and light? I'm thinking birdsnests and stay away from acroporas? Thanks in advance...

Should have been more clear...I want the zoas to open up and grow the way they do in a softy tank with the SPS having the color and growth they would have in a nice SPS dominant tank...I am thinking about getting a tank at least 24 inches high and (obv) keeping all the SPS up top and the zoas on the bottom so that I can aim all the flow up top...I think if I choose carefully the SPS my zoas will open up and grow well...any ideas?
