Sorry about that. I am not sure why they made you feel that way, it is not our intention. It is also not our intention to deny you service on parts covered under guarantee. It is policy to request a copy of the receipt to show the item is less than a year old. Most manufacturers of large ticket items do it. If you ordered on line, you can send in a copy of the confirming, if you got it from a LFS they may be able to give you a copy.

We do prefer to support our distributors, and that may be why the parts were not sold direct, but I am not certain. I would ask for your patients, and request you call again.
