dc8 top 4 outlets are dead, bottom 4 are fine?

as the topic says, on my dc8 the top 4 outlets are dead and the bottom 4 are fine and working. is this a simple fix or is it dead? thanks!

That sounds like a warranty issue that you would need to talk to Neptune about directly.

Did you try unpluging the DC8 and pluging it baqck in?
