Well I currently have a 15G tank and I am getting blah growth on my zoanthids, right now, and I plan on getting SPS corals very soon. My current light setup is 2 24w t-5's no individual reflectors with 8 1w 10k LED's. I don't' know if this will be enough light or not, I am thinking of switching to the finnex fixture, that has 4 24w t-5's with individual reflectors and 9 actinic led's Just seeing were everyone weights in.

the LEDs are not even part of the consideration... those type provide almost not light output and are only for aesthetics. I would definitely consider the 4 bulb T5 fixture with the individual reflectors, but make certain you can control the potential increase in heat that this fixture could add to such a small tank. As it is, I suspect the current light setup is inadequate to sustain SPS coral.

Here is the product I currently have, so your saying these don't add anything to coral growth? http://www.premiumaquatics.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=CU-USA01645&Category_Code=moonlight

Like mentioned, the current setup you have will likely not be enough to sustain SPS. The 4 bulb you mentioned is a much better option
