Adding fish

Ok so I let them sit in the tankfor 10 mins I got a flame anglefish and and black and white oscelaris clownfish then I put them in a bucket and added 1 cup of my water ever 5 mins then I dumped them in. I understand I can't add the water they came in from a different tank but I already added the other peoples water is tht ok? Wat should I do???!

Try giving them a call and ask if they treat with copper
If they do,you should do some water changes and run carbon

You should be fine even if they treat with copper as long as you run carbon asap and run carbon

A poly filter would also be helpful.
