Can anyone tell me what this is? It inflates when the lights come in and deflates when they go off. It seems to be soft with little green ring in the middle.

Could be a zoa , I really don't know , looks like one but it should only do this when lights are out . Should open up when lights are on . This will bump it back to top maybe some one else will know better than I .

Are we looking at the thing right in the middle of the rock, or the frilly mushroom at the top left?

If it is the thing in the center, it is some type of LPS.

Ask this in the LPS ID forum, they will be able to tell you what it is
