Whats the light requirements for chalices? Would a top of the line T5 fixture 4bulbs be enough for a 70g or 90g?
Thanks

You should be fine, the majority of chalices are low-light corals. I keep all mine on the bottom and they do fine.

Some very in placement. Some have a much brighter look higher up. We run all t5's, and np with placement with a 20" tall tank, or 12. They seem to do great anywhere as long as they are use to the light.

I agree with Don. It really is a matter of what they are used to and acclimation. It could be a low light chalice and acclimated to higher light over time. Each variations is different. Just takes experience with a newer unkown variant.
