Making a 24" fixture fit a 30" tank

Without me having to put any thought into this, is there a product out there to make this happen?
Or has anyone done it and how?

Not sure exactly what you mean, coverage wise a 24" fixture will be fine on a 30" tank. If you are talking about mounting that will depend on the fixture itself. You could hang it if the light you have supports that.

I have a height restriction so I can't hang it. Need to use docking mounts in some way...

If this needs to look nice, you could paint some conduit....that might look better.
